Anti Anxiety Medication - Is it Always Necessary?

A year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder.

My mom doesn't think I need my anti anxiety medications. She thinks I�m �all better� so she threw away my anxiety pills along with my pills for depression.

I don't see a psychiatrist anymore, so he can't give me anymore. What should I do?
