Anxiety Help - Anxiety Attack Over Big Move
Has anyone had a major anxiety attack after signing a lease or before a big move?
Now all I can think about is everything wrong with it. How maybe I shouldn't move. How it's not good for my pets. How it was all a huge mistake. How much money I just gave these people.
I can't sleep. I feel like a bad "mom" to my pets. I just crossed from happy and relieved to wanting to cry. I'd like to hear from anyone who has dealt with this.
