Separation Anxiety in Service Dogs
Do service dogs suffer from separation anxiety as they are taken away from their trainer to a new person?
When you are a puppy raiser for service dogs you have the puppy for a few months and it goes into training. Then it goes into a home with its person.
I do not know how much memory a dog has but I do know that they just accept things as they are and do the best they can in the new setting.
