Can Anxiety Attacks Affect Menstrual Cycle?
I went through a really bad break-up and during that time, which was two weeks ago. I had anxiety attacks. I'm having PMS symptoms, sore breasts and all but I'm three days late and I know I cant be pregnant.
Absolutely, anxiety attacks can affect the menstrual cycle.
However, if you did have sex any time within the time of your last period until now, get a pregnancy test; because unless you used a condom, etc and it didn't break, there's a chance you can be pregnant.
